Hampton Place continues to be a destination subdivision for families, the combination older & newer homes appeals to a broad array of would be homeowners, especially younger buyers wanting to move into the Blue Valley School District. While the number of homes Sold in 2014 was just below that of 2013, it can be explained by a supply issue and not one of demand.

As we move into 2015 we should see a continued demand for Hampton Place homes. A normal Real Estate market will usually see 10% of the homes change hands, in the last 2 years we have only see about 6% of Hampto Places 470+ homes change hands on a yearly basis. This has left many would be buyers waiting idly for the right home to come to market.
Here is the 2014 report, compared to 2013 we SOLD 1 less house but the average sales price increased 6.5% and the average days to sell remained an incredibly low 44.
