Hampton Place Home Sales For 2015
Homes Sold 33, that is up 18.2% from 2014
Average Sales Price $352,624, that is up 5.6% from 2014
Days on Market to sell 43, that is down slightly from 2014
Lowest Priced Home Sale $273,000, that is up 12% from 2014
Highest Price Home Sale $470,000, slightly down from 2014
So what does this all mean? Not only has the real estate market in Hampton Place stabilized, it is growing. The homes in the older section (pre 1998) are in extremely high demand with many of these homes selling in the high 290's to low 300's. While the newer homes have bounced back substanially. In 2015, 7 homes SOLD for more than $400,000 which is more than the last 3 years combined.
So what does 2016 have in store for Hampton Place? We foresee even higher sales but those numbers will be slightly suppressed by a lack of available homes. Mortgage Interest rates will also rise slightly and that may slow the increase in values.
Hampton Place will continue to be a prime South Overland Park destination because of the quality of the homes, the friendly neighbors and of course the amazing Blue Valley schools.
