After many unavoidable delays, the  Mission Ranch New Homes Subdivision at 157th & Mission will start accepting contracts for new home construction and lot reservations. 

Mission Ranch will be separated in 2 sections, Saddle Creek and Fox Ridge. There will be 47 available homesites in the first phase and all of the homes will be built by Rodrock Homes. 

Saddle Creek will consist of 26 homesites in the first phase with lot prices starting at $108,950 and going up to $142,950 based on square footage, location and whether it is a walkout, day lite or level lot.  There will be 13 different models to choose from in the first phase of Saddle Creek.
