Continuing on it's recent success with Wilshire Farms and Liongate subdivisions, Ashner Development has recently taken over the defunct subdivsion know as the Vinyards. Located in South Overland Park along 159th Street between Switzer and Quivira Road the new Wilshire by the Lake will have lot prices starting in the 80's and completed homes starting in the 400's.
The Vinyards was originally developed as a high end subdivision with homes expected to be between 1 and 2 million dollars, however the downturn in the housing market left the subdivision empty.
