With less than 75 days left, the competition for first time buyer homes is really heating up. Just like in September of last year the best homes are selling and selling quickly. Adding fuel to the fire is the $6500 move up home buyer tax credit. Many homeowners are moving up to was is just the upper end of first time buyer homes. Hi Michael, good advice that first time home buyers should take advantage of before the deadline.
Good advice Michael! I think a lot of home buyers are not aware of the upcoming deadline for the tax credit. The spring market is now and not may/june.
Hey Ken, Raincamp Denver?
Who knows what will happen come March 31st, whether the Govt will extend the program again or discontinue. As of right now, they say they are OUT right? With only 75 days left, it would be a good idea for your First Time Home Buyers to get off the fence.
As for the Raincamp... I HIGHLY recommend it. I attended the one in Dallas and it was well worth the money.
