Lee's Summit first time home buyer Grant program

If you are a first time home buyer looking for a home in Lee's Summit then I have some good news for you. The City of Lee's Summit has just announced their new First Time Home buyer Grant Program. The grant program will provide up to $3,000 towards a first time buyers down payment, Closing costs or a combination of both.

You are allowed to the $3,000 as follows:

  • Up to 50% of the required down payment not to exceed $3,000

  • Reasonable closing costs up to $3,000

  • A combination of the above, not to exceed $3,000
