The final tally is in, there were 27 home sales in Hampton Place this past year. That is down from 31 in 2009. You will see a huge variation in price from the older portion of the neighborhood to the newer portion. There were also several short sale and foreclosure homes that brought the average sales price for the neighborhood down. There were also 2 new construction homes who's days on the market skewed the overall statistic for average Days to Sell.
