I just wanted to give a quick update prior to my first quarter market report for Hampton Place. Since the end of last year homes sales have been on fire. There have been 8 homes SOLD in the last 90 days and there are 6 homes currently under contract. With only 8 homes active for sale there is currently less than 3 months supply of homes currently available.
If you have been near the Iron Horse entrence lately, you already know that Acuff & Rhodes have built 4 new homes in the last several months and 3 of them have sold already. If you are considering moving up within Hampton Place, don't fret because several new models will be breaking ground soon.
If you are considering listing your house this spring or early summer, you might want to consider moving your time frame up. With the inventory as low as it is, you have an incredible chance to sell you house now instead of waiting for the Spring rush where there will be alot more homes to compete against. Hampton Place typically has 15-25 active listings, so now might be the best time to list.
