They have immediately increased the FHA loan limit for Johnson County Kansas to $270,000. Not only that there is grant money available to help pay your Down Payment & closing Costs.
For those of you who have been on the fence about buying a home, now is your time. Don't hesitate because congress didn't make these Changes permanent. We do not know when the limits will go back to the old of $210,000.
