Hampton Place- Hampton Place was originally developed by local home builders Acuff & Rhodes, the first homes were built in the early ninetees and the subdivsion of 475 homes was completed in early 2012. Hampton Place is mostly 2 story single family homes priced between $250,000 and $400,000

The Woods at Iron Horse- The woods is the least expensive section with Single Family 2 story homes selling in the $250,000 to $400,000 price range.
