Buyer agency is very critical if you want to get paid for your time spent with buyers.  Unlike sellers buyers wander around and mostly have no clue unless you take the time to have a buyer consulation so they understand our business first hand

In busy markets, a buyer without an agent will typically miss out on the best deals.  Just the way it is.  Those online portals just don't get you the info quick enough.   77
